Introduction to Remote Viewing
We live in a world in which information is the most important and highly-valued commodity, which in the right hands can change the world.
The present reality could be called the information age. The Internet and extensive media have given us the opportunity to communicate on an unprecedented scale and popularized access to information, and the tools for obtaining it.
At the same time, however, our world contains many institutions and organizations that manipulate information for their own purpose, often concealing from us a lot of knowledge crucial for our development.
In the world of apparent easy access, we have a paradoxical situation where it is difficult to trust external sources of information such as the television, the news services or other media.
A man who lives in the world of illusion, relying only on what he hears from the media, which he cannot fully trust, becomes a slave, because he is condemned to shaping his worldview and knowledge about the world only from those intermediaries.
But what if we had a tool that would allow us to independently obtain information of various types, independently research and discover information inaccessible to others and be able to use it for our development?
Location of natural deposits? Future changes in exchange rates? Social changes? Knowledge about the influences and ways of dealing with the influence of extraterrestrial civilizations on life on Earth? There are few topics that an individual – probably you – cannot, with adequate training, independently discover and explore – regardless of the media.
Remote Viewing is a topic that can change our world, giving knowledge and freedom to every person who devotes some time to exploring and understanding the potential of Remote Viewing.
In the following chapters, I will introduce you to what Remote Viewing is, and how you can use this potential in practice for your development and gain a real advantage in life.
Remote Viewing is both an adventure of discovering the unknown – as well as a process of personal development.
But let’s start from the beginning.
History of Remote Viewing
Remote Viewing is the name that was created in the 70s during the USA military program, whose task was to investigate the potential of extrasensory perception and use it for espionage purposes.
These were the days of the Cold War between the US and the Soviet Union, when every possible way of gaining an advantage over the enemy was searched with great commitment and every possibility was tested. A strong motivation was the fear that ignoring a possibility could give the opponent an advantage. On the other side of the Iron Curtain, of course, the situation was similar.
The consequences of the Second World War and the groundbreaking arms race that began then were still felt. Scientific and military communities still realized that what seemed impossible until recently may actually be possible. Until a few decades earlier, mankind was at the stage of experimenting with the first jet engines. In a relatively short time, modern aviation was created. In a shockingly short time, the development of the space program and the first landing on the moon were undertaken, atomic bombs were built, and the first computers, the Internet, etc. were created.
In such a climate of rapid development, an attempt to use extrasensory perception, which had been around for centuries and was not new in the 1970s – made sense. They wanted to check whether the possibilities of the human mind, so far slightly disposed of and being out of the way of what science was interested and recognized – could be used for practical and mundane applications.
In 1978, in the USA, in the state of Maryland, in Fort Meade, a then-secret unit was established, whose task was to develop the potential of extrasensory perception for intelligence applications.
One of the founders and the first people to take part in the program was Ingo Swann, then associated with the Stanford Research Institute. Swann, also working with the American Society for Psychical Research, first used the term Remote Viewing in 1971 to give the extrasensory perception used in experiments a more neutral tone, rather than the so far used term of “clairvoyance.”
The beginnings of the military project “Stargate” (the codenames of the then secret project) date back to 1974. It was then that the activities of researchers such as Ingo Swann and Russell Targ, working at the Stanford Institute, were officially engaged by the intelligence agencies, obtaining a budget of $ 20 million. (According to official sources, this sum was spent in total throughout the existence of the “Stargate” program.)
The aforementioned creation of a military unit using Remote Viewing in 1978 was a confirmation of the effectiveness of the achievements of the research program to date and the start of its use for intelligence purposes.
The world learned about the use of Remote Viewing by the American intelligence service in 1990, thanks to the declassification of parts of the Stargate program documents.
The program had a hit success rate of over 70%, and let’s remember that it was done under strictly controlled conditions of a scientific experiment, eliminating the possibility of obtaining knowledge about the target, other than through extrasensory perception.
You can probably agree that if, when researching targets that we cannot obtain information about in any other way, we accurately describe them using the Remote Viewing method in 7 cases out of 10 – then we can talk about the success and noticeable effectiveness of this method.
Meanwhile, the program officially ended in 1995, allegedly due to the lack of satisfactory results. The fact that this is complete made up nonsense will be realized by any person practicing Remote Viewing. The results of the experiments are repeatable and easy to check on your own. You will learn about how this can be done later in this book.
Thanks to the declassification and the official ending of the Remote Viewing program, many participants related to it could finally start talking about their research and unusual discoveries. Thanks to this, both Ingo Swann and many other researchers began to share their knowledge with interested parties, teaching Remote Viewing and publishing books on the subject.
For me, one such groundbreaking book was not “Penetration” by Ingo Swann, but a book by researcher Courtney Brown called “Cosmic Voyage: A Scientific Discovery of Extraterrestrials Visiting Earth.”
I appreciate Courtney Brown for the fact that he is the most effective RV researcher to date, introducing this topic to a wider audience and presenting the potential of Remote Viewing.
His book “Cosmic Voyage” was my first meeting with the subject of Remote Viewing in the late 90s and it gave me the basis of knowledge that allowed me to establish the first Polish Remote Viewing research group around 2000.
I will only add here that I had some useful experience at that time to explore this topic and to use the practical information extracted from this book, because already then I was well acquainted with the phenomenon of OOBE (Out Of Body Experience), which I had experienced many times, and some other issues of extrasensory perception.
We will come back to this topic in the following chapters. It is enough to say that Remote Viewing turned out to be a great technique for me, allowing for a much more objective collection of research material using extrasensory perception methods. More on that in the following chapters.
In summary of the history of the Remote Viewing research in the USA, the experiment of passionate researchers became a military intelligence program, and then it came full circle and became knowledge available and usable by all of us.
What is Remote Viewing
Ok, but what exactly is the Remote Viewing procedure?
Remote Viewing is distinguished by several features that distinguish the RV from traditional, broadly understood “clairvoyance”.
In scientific experiments conducted for military intelligence, one of the most important things was to establish whether extrasensory perception actually works under objective conditions and whether it is possible to train someone from scratch to use it.
Initially, empty, neutral gray rooms were used for RV sessions, with nothing to stimulate the imagination, and the procedure was done in such a way as to absolutely eliminate the possibility of suggesting to the Remote Viewer what is the subject of the study.
Here we come to the first pillar of Remote Viewing:
1. “Blind conditions”
One of the biggest objection to clairvoyants and extrasensory users in general, from skeptics, has always been that the results may come from guessing something about the purpose of the study from the information someone gives them. If a person comes to a clairvoyant and says “I have such and such a problem”, and then wants to find out something that will help him or her solve this problem, even if the clairvoyant actually uses extrasensory perception, the answer is not evidence of the use of clairvoyance, because it can also be considered that the “clairvoyant” person might have guessed the correct answer based on given knowledge.
The first step in Remote Viewing is to eliminate the possibility of suggesting and using your imagination to guess what the answer may be.
For this purpose, so-called “sessions in blind” are conducted. It consists in the fact that the Remote Viewer person receives only the number, which is the indication of the target. Nothing more. The number is usually a string of about five digits that has been randomly assigned to a given target. So if someone is to research with the help of Remote Viewing, for example, what is happening now, for example, in Africa in such and such a city, in such and such a building, then he receives only the number that has been assigned for this purpose. Thus, the perceiver has zero information about what is being examined. When starting the session, he focuses on the received number and the intention to receive information about the target through extrasensory perception. He then begins to describe (aloud or in writing) the impressions he receives from the target.
Some believe that doing so may mean that the perceiving person may be using telepathy unconsciously and reading target information from the mind of the person who gave the number and knows the target. However, experiments have repeatedly shown that the information obtained in this way contained knowledge of the target that was not available to the person giving the number.
In addition, double and triple blind tests were also carried out, i.e. where the person giving the target number was subsequently unrelated to the testing process and the results were still positive.
2. Division into roles
The second pillar of what has been established thanks to the Remote Viewing experiments is the fact that the division into roles during RV sessions is key and gives a huge advantage in the quality of information obtained in this way.
In Remote Viewing, there is a distinction between the person who uses extrasensory perception to receive information about the target and describe it, and the Monitor, whose purpose is to analyze the data in real time and ask neutral questions to help refine the results of the study.
It has been found that one of the greatest obstacles to triggering and maintaining the extrasensory perception process is the analytical mind and the stimulation of the imagination. The right hemisphere of the brain is responsible for the process of extrasensory perception, as it is capable of abstract perception and much more open to the potential of possibilities.
Meanwhile, the left analytical hemisphere, when we perceive information intuitively, tends to reflect and analyze, and question what appears.
When we analyze – we try to guess something, rationalize according to our knowledge limited by our experience, and we activate our imaginations to weave visions that help us to guess the answer by analyzing and “simulating” the issue. This, however, is one of the biggest obstacles to using extrasensory perception. Whenever we start to pledge, evaluate something, try to predict the result based on our previous experiences and knowledge – instead of perceiving what is, our attention begins to focus on our own guesses and thus limit perception.
Through experiments, it was clearly established that whenever perceptual persons started speculating, their extrasensory perception abilities faded out.
In other words: When we have an open mind and we are simply open to what appears in our perception – this is what we perceive – and when we say to ourselves “ok, I know because I can guess”, we stop perceiving and use our own guesses.
Therefore, a special procedure has been developed in Remote Viewing in which the Remote Viewer person is completely relieved of the task of analyzing what he perceives during the session and can focus on reporting what he perceives.
It is the session monitor who has to ask clarifying questions in a way that does not suggest an answer.
Thanks to the blind study and the division into roles, a huge breakthrough has been made in the effective and reliable use of extrasensory perception and the possibility of training people to use it effectively.
3. Research from several independent perspectives
The last, third pillar is the use of research using several independent RV sources, i.e. Remote Viewers independently examining a given target.
There is always a chance of making a mistake. In order to increase the effectiveness of the research, and thus the possibility of obtaining useful, possibly reliable information – a given target may be tested by more than one person. In this way, after completing a session with several independent Remote Viewers and compiling the data – if they coincide at key points – one can be much more confident about the accuracy of such a study.
In summary, the terms of the Remote Viewing study are constructed in such a way as to eliminate the possibility of suggesting a response. In this way, it has been proved beyond reasonable doubt that extrasensory perception works, and moreover, that most people can learn it. That some people still say otherwise is due to ignorance and ignorance of the results of the experiments. Some people just want to believe that it is impossible and are not really interested in any evidence other than what confirms their own beliefs.
You don’t have to take my word for it. You too can do a series of experiments and find out for yourself. I will cover this topic later in the book.
Who can learn Remote Viewing
This is a very important question, because you are probably wondering, dear reader, can you also learn it? With a high degree of probability I can answer: Yes.
The first Remote Viewing experiments I wrote about in previous chapters had an interesting and valuable assumption. People who had no previous contact with clairvoyance and were not interested in the subject of clairvoyance or any kind of extrasensory perception were involved in the experiments. They wanted to see if it was possible to train any person who had not shown such abilities before. It turned out to be so. You can.
In my experience, almost anyone can learn Remote Viewing.
I write “almost” just to keep a safety margin, because I believe that if you devote the right amount of time and work, each person is able to master these skills.
However, as in any field, some are more predisposed and it comes faster, while others have to devote a little more time and work to mastering the skills.
There are also people who are “blocked” at the level of extrasensory perception, but in my practice these are rare cases.
So almost everyone can learn Remote Viewing, and most people who are interested in such development are at the same time ready to actually start practicing, because they have an open mind, which is the basis for the possibility of extrasensory perception.
My Research and Development of Remote Viewing
In my country, in Poland, there has never been a Remote Viewing official program. Also, unofficially, I have not heard that military circles are seriously interested in this topic in our country, nor do I have any knowledge of any research in this field conducted in Poland.
As far as I know, I was the only one in our country to undertake research on Remote Viewing around the 2000’s, establishing the first RV research group in Poland.
The group consisted of people interested in extrasensory perception who had an interest in various fields of parapsychology and esotericism. The aim was to check whether any interesting effects could be obtained in this way.
The effects exceeded our wildest expectations, because in a relatively short time, the accuracy of the research during our sessions turned out to be very high in terms of exercise targets that can be verified.
We also explored other more metaphysical and extraterrestrial issues, and here too, the amount of surprising information was remarkable.
After some time, the group ended its activities because simply the personal matters of its members required more attention from them, and while I was dealing with the work of the editor-in-chief I had many other professional duties. Several consecutive years, full of adventures and other experiences, had to pass for experiences in the field of extrasensory perception and activities in the field of personal development to lead me to re-focus on Remote Viewing on a professional level. This time, with a much larger background of experience, which I translated into the creation of a training program for people interested in developing the ability of extrasensory perception using the Remote Viewing method.
The knowledge that I have accumulated over 20 years of my active commitment to exploring the issues of extrasensory perception has given me the opportunity to create a unique and very effective program that allows people interested to see that Remote Viewing really works in the first month of training (where we meet once a week for 2-hour meetings, i.e. during the first four classes), and in the next two months to acquire the basics of professional knowledge in this field.
Working with groups that I train gives me a perspective on the great potential there is in people who can often move from just interest to mastering the skills in a surprising time. Whereas originally the American Intelligence training with Remote Viewing that I described earlier took several years before the trained people were able to really do something. Now comparable results can be achieved within weeks, and certainly within months. Of course, not in all areas, because some skills require mastery to the level of using them routinely and instinctively, but a lot can be achieved in a much shorter training time than before. Why this is so, is a topic for more metaphysical reflections on another occasion.
I will come back to the topic of training groups conducted by me. For now, however, let’s move on to the next issue.
Remote Viewing in relation to OOBE
Since my experiences with extrasensory perception actually began with the experience of the so-called OOBE phenomenon (Out Of Body Experience), long before getting into Remote Viewing, it would be a good idea to discuss here briefly these two ways of extrasensory perception. They relate to each other and I think that when you are interested in OOBE, it is also worth practicing Remote Viewing.
Not all OOBE enthusiasts know that the most famous in this field, the Robert A. Monroe Institute in the US in Virginia, dealing with OOBE research – also hosted people participating in the military Remote Viewing program as part of the training.
Both of these phenomena have something in common – after all, in both cases our consciousness is capable of perceiving things at any distance outside the physical body of the perceiving person. So it was checked how the inclusion of elements of the OOBE practice could contribute to the development of Remote Viewing.
OOBE, however, is a slightly different phenomenon. It is a physical experience of the complete separation of consciousness from the physical body. In the OOBE phenomenon, a person literally feels that he is leaving the physical body, detaching from it and floating outside it in a non-corporeal form, they can go to different places both perceiving the physical world and moving to other realms, thus experiencing non-physical realities.
Many people dream of mastering OOBE abilities identifying them with a sense of freedom from physical limitations, and the ability to independently test many elements of existence beyond material reality.
However, not all OOBE researchers experienced it in the same way, having a full sense of separation from the physical body.
While the aforementioned Robert A. Monroe described the OOBE phenomenon, which he began to experience spontaneously with time and learn to control, in his phenomenal trilogy of his authorship: “Journeys Out of the Body”, “Far Journeys” and “Ultimate Journey” (it is worth reading in this order) – yes, some people trying to experience OOBE have also discovered in the method the ability to shift awareness and perception without losing any contact with the physical body and being present and conscious in the physical body during the journey.
One such researcher was, for example, Bruce Moen, whose books are an additional interesting supplement to the trilogy of Robert A Monroe. Moen was able to perceive everything that a normal OOBE person would be able to perceive without actually leaving the physical body, but only by traveling “mentally” (by focusing the mind), and taught this method.
Remote Viewing is much closer to Bruce Moen’s method, because it just involves traveling with consciousness without losing contact with the physical body and physical awareness.
This has a number of additional practical advantages, which in my opinion make Remote Viewing one of the best, if not the best, tool for developing and using extrasensory perception.
Well, one of the problems of people interested in the ability to mentally travel and study reality, also non-physical through insight with their mind – is to distinguish what comes from their own imagination from what is actually extrasensory perception.
If, for example, now I tell you “go mentally and describe to me the area around the Eiffel Tower, or what is somewhere on Mars – you will immediately recall some photos you have seen, movies, your own guesses about the possible appearance of the area, etc. In short, memory recall and guesswork with the use of imagination, not perception itself, start immediately.
Meanwhile, in a Remote Viewing, you can check the same things in a way that does not activate or play from memory, or stimulate the imagination during the session, because we examine a given target “blindly” and only after the end of the study, the person finds out what he really checked. This makes the results much better and much more reliable.
In addition, learning Remote Viewing is learning to control your own perception. In Remote Viewing, as in any other method of extrasensory perception, emphasis is placed on the ability to consciously understand the principle of operation of one’s own perception, and to master the ability to assertively, neutrally explore and control this process.
The problem of many enthusiasts of the Out Of Body Experience phenomenon who practice OOBE is that they often lose control over the process. They start to leave the body not only when they want it, but often also when they don’t want it at all, and the experiences they have are also very random and not always positive. OOBE for many people is like throwing yourself into the deep waters of the ocean with makeshift scuba diving gear and relying on what will happen there – be it beautiful corals and dolphins, or maybe a shark. In OOBE practice, most people place very little emphasis on the issues of actual safety. Therefore, whenever I share my knowledge about OOBE, I always highlight the issues of its safe practice.
Meanwhile, properly conducted Remote Viewing teaches the wise, responsible and safe use of extrasensory perception in a way that allows you to control these abilities and activate them only when you want to. In my opinion, it is extremely valuable and important for general self-development.
To sum up, in Remote Viewing you can check and experience everything that can be experienced in OOBE – however, it is done in more controlled, safe conditions, while ensuring greater objectivity and verification of extrasensory perception.
Neutral Observers and the Energy-Information Field
Everything we perceive is part of the energy-information field of the universe. The field has been described variously throughout history, for example with the word Akasha from Sanskrit (an ancient language that originated in India). Hence the imaginary concept of the “Akashic Records”, ie the record of all information of the universe.
Akasha means Aether – the fifth element that binds and permeates everything. Just as Earth, Air, Water, and Fire are material elements, Aether is considered to be the force that permeates and binds them all – being the fundamental element of the universe.
This concept was taken seriously by researchers such as Nikola Tesla and Albert Einstein. There is a reason why the term “broadcast over the Aether” (that form is used in Poland, we do not say “broadcast over the Air” but “over the Aether”) is used for radio or television broadcasts. Early researchers and constructors referred precisely to the ancient metaphysical knowledge about this field that permeates the universe, which is the carrier and place of recording of all information and through which information can spread and be read from.
Of course, the technical term “broadcasting in the ether” for broadcasting radio or television broadcasts is a certain simplification, because “ether” understood in this way is only a very flattened, simplified concept in relation to Aether as such, but it shows the real impact of ancient transmissions of metaphysical knowledge on discoveries and developing technology in the physical world.
In Remote Viewing, we use our natural connection and being part of this energy-information field. Thanks to this connection, we can access information and read it from this field only after concentrating our will on this task.
Just as we can read information, our actions can always interact with the information that is found. Hence, another important concept in Remote Viewing. The concept of a neutral observer.

One of the most important thing a person should learn when learning Remote Viewing is to become a neutral observer during the perception process.
This is very important because, as it turns out, as soon as we start judging the things we see, we label them and narrow down our own perceptions.
When a person recognizes that he already knows “what it is” – the moment “I already know” means: “I close the perception because I believe that I have already learned / found out”.
During the Remote Viewing training, individuals discover that staying in a state of neutral, open observation can provide them with much more valuable information and knowledge about issues they seemed to have already had full information on.
It works fantastically on the personal development of a person, because it builds a completely new mentality and awareness of the importance of keeping an open mind in pure practice, instead of labeling things as “I already know and I don’t need to know any more”. People practicing Remote Viewing find out in practice the advantage they gain by maintaining this neutral, open attitude.
In addition, being a Neutral Observer has one more, equally advantageous function in Remote Viewing.
Well, often where we evaluate and we judge what we see – we create a kind of entanglement and energetic entanglement. For example, if we perceive something that we evaluate critically and negatively evaluate it, we de-facto antagonize an aspect of reality automatically.
Is it a person or a being of a different kind, is it a pattern, etc.
The problem is that when a person judges something negatively in extrasensory perception, he puts himself in opposition to it. And this, in turn, leads to the energy-information reality in which we live to some kind of conflict or at least friction.
Many clairvoyants and researchers, using the extrasensory perception of the reality around us, in this way themselves got involved in various energy-less unpleasant clashes, precisely by putting themselves in opposition to something. While it is important in life to choose certain values that we support and on which we build our actions, in the process of perception one should remain neutral, because perception is a de-facto process of relation to what we perceive and is not only about seeing / experiencing but also it has a reverse energy charge. It’s like creating an image of something and then starting to antagonize it. Even if it was only a neutral image in itself, if we then give it the characteristics of a negative reaction to it through our interpretation, we will also experience negative effects.
Therefore, Remote Viewing is not only about training perception skills, but also about learning a wise approach to this perception, one that will allow you to notice a lot and gain useful information – while avoiding creating conflicts related to judging and putting yourself in some relation to the perceived target.
The Neutral Observer can do more. The Neutral Observer perceives more with a neutral approach and an open mind, and is safer thanks to a neutral attitude that does not create friction with what he perceives.
Remote Viewing in the service of Personal Development
Perhaps the biggest advantage of Remote Viewing training, apart from preparing to discover the unknown, is a very positive impact on the overall personal development of a person.
Many exercises related to training perception are in fact exercises of awareness, perceptiveness and expanding perception also on a daily basis. This is a huge advantage because the participants learn to actually be mindful, to notice more, and this is just the beginning.
In addition, Remote Viewing trains assertiveness and the ability of an objective approach with a distance to many issues. RV training gives a person more control and understanding over how he perceives the world and allows him to live in it better with greater understanding.
Remote Viewing gives you a broader perspective and thus allows you to more easily solve many problems, while maintaining an assertive, attentive “Neutral Observer” approach. It’s a training that broadens your perception and understanding, and gives you more control over your life.
Many ancient mystical schools, which prioritized human spiritual development, and the modern, more psychological approach to personal development agree that mindfulness, the ability to be consciously present at the moment, and perceiving a wide spectrum of information are essential.
When you enter a room – how much do you learn about the people present at the first impression? When you meet a person and talk to – do you pay attention to the full message of what he/she communicates to you, or do you focus more on yourself and your interpretation of stimuli, perceiving the conversation a bit superficially and how you want to see it, not what it is objectively? These are just some of the many examples where Remote Viewing training, as a positive side effect, also strengthens our awareness skills, being mindful and perceptive, and this is very important and valuable in today’s world.
A well-conducted Remote Viewing training (as I write here from my own experience, the way I teach Remote Viewing, but not every RV teacher puts emphasis on issues related to self-development) is also a very effective self-knowledge process that is the basis of any personal development.
During the Remote Viewing training, you learn to notice how you interpret reality, what elements of worldview come from your head, from your previous experience, ideas or assumptions, and what is the information that is objectively reaching you.
Moreover, by knowing it, you can better consciously control the interpretation of information when you can distinguish between what is the inner overlay of the mind and what is objective information.
You recognize yourself. You become a person aware of what is inside you, and thanks to this, you can better control it and consciously use your own resources.
I recommend Remote Viewing Training to anyone for whom personal and spiritual development is important, as it extends the self-awareness and general awareness of the individual to a large extent.
Remote Viewing and the Higher-Aware factor
We talked a bit about the overall, beneficial effect on awareness that a well-conducted Remote Viewing training brings with it. So this is the moment to mention an additional benefit and something absolutely fascinating – the beyond / Higher-Aware factor that we can observe and that supports us in the Remote Viewing process.
Describing how the Remote Viewing session works, I wrote about the fact that the RV person only receives the number assigned to the target, which is used by them to focus on the perception of the actual target.
The description of the purpose is usually short and simple, as it is one or two sentences telling what is the target. For example, “changes on Earth in such and such period” Or something simpler “building such and such, the present time.” These target are given a number coordinates.
Notice one very important point. Who interprets and understands this description? After all, the Remote Viewer only receives digits, so it is not consciousness that interprets this sentence. And remember – a sentence is a sequence of words, often understandable in different ways, right? Therefore, automatically translators keep spitting out bizarre translations, because they do not have the consciousness capable of understanding the context of the words and the actual message.
Interestingly, it often turns out that the interpretation of the sentence that comes out during the Remote Viewing session is not necessarily always the same as the author understood and expected, but it always remains logical and makes sense.
The target writer may have some expectations, but the RV examination does not always present the picture as expected by the target author.
So it’s not its interpretation and expectations that are read by people in the Remote Viewing session. So whose interpretations are these? Subconscious?
While I believe that the subconscious mind is actually taking part in Remote Viewing processions, after having had multiple Remote Viewing sessions with many people, I believe that our Interpreting mind is our Higher-Conscious mind. So the Superconscious, sometimes also called “Higher-Self” or other terms.
It is a kind of awareness of our spiritual part that is beyond physical awareness. It is our spiritual version of ourselves from beyond this physical time and place. It is she who is able to identify the target by the digit coordinates and make a conscious interpretation of the written target. It is she who helps us reach information about the actual target.
This is great news because how many spiritual schools are trying to re-connect the physical man with his spiritual Higher Self. Remote Viewing Training turns out to be a natural collaboration between consciousness and the Superconscious and can develop this connection.
Of course, the process of interpreting information about a target still plays a role as part of the subjective, personal prism of the Remote Viewer experience through which he/she perceives information. As I wrote in the previous chapter, it is a process in which we discover and become aware of this prism, and it also affects the information we receive.
However, the Higher-Aware factor plays an equally important role here, and it also manifests itself in many Remote Viewing sessions. It is a very valuable experience, additionally building our awareness and self-awareness.
Your right to know about the universe, Your right to know about yourself
You cannot know yourself without knowing the universe. You cannot know the universe without knowing yourself.
Some people may be wondering – why do we need to explore other planets, study the existence of extraterrestrial civilizations, or explore other dimensions.
However, this is essential for our development. You cannot fully know yourself without getting to know the universe around you. Everything is connected, and we are part of this whole.
If we don’t know and understand what we are part of, then we don’t know ourselves.
In turn, not knowing ourselves, and not striving for self-knowledge, for the same reason of this connection with the whole – we cannot expect to understand the universe around us – if we ignore looking at ourselves and discovering and understanding how our perception works, how we interpret reality through our own personal prism etc.
We live in a world where many organizations and institutions deliberately manipulate information, deliberately hiding the truth about our past, history, origins, and what still affects us here and now. In this way, our possibilities are limited, because not understanding the world in which we are located, not having a full picture about it – we are like a prisoner of Plato’s cave, watching the shadows on the wall, and thinking that he is dealing with the real reality and the fullness of it is the world. Until we understand that there is something more beyond these shadows and we turn our eyes to the broader truth about reality – we cannot count on our development to be something more than participation in the shadow theater on the wall.
Today, we cannot fully trust the media whose task should be to provide reliable information. We also cannot trust that, for example, politicians will tell us the whole truth about how it is. Major religions also play a part in manipulating and restricting access to knowledge of true reality. There are no such external sources that we can be sure of.
That is why, in order to develop, we must be able to independently check and learn about reality.
Think – are our politicians the ones we would entrust with contact with extraterrestrial civilizations? Will they be our representatives in contacts with the universe? Would they be the ones to decide? Or maybe representatives of the greatest religions?
Nobody has the right to replace us in contacts with the universe. It is an opportunity and a right for all of us. We ourselves can explore and gain knowledge. Get to know and verify things yourself and in groups of similar people.

Do not let others tell you the way it is, while you cannot check it and, according to them, you have to trust blindly that they provide you with good and true information.
In addition to the manipulation of the mainstream media, today I also see a lot of places on the Internet that allegedly talk about various metaphysical topics or contacts with other civilizations, accelerating in stories, and actually having no knowledge of a given topic, only repeating the stories heard (from people who also only repeated them) and often coloring them additionally to make a greater impression.
But what is left for us if we are interested in a given topic – listen and believe it or not?
Well, we can do much more – we can research and verify such information as part of Remote Viewing. We can research and verify the enormity of issues that are very important for our development and become free from the necessity of blind faith for our own, empirical experience.
You can discover so much and achieve so much. It is in your hands whether you exercise your right to discover the universe and understand yourself better, or whether you will rely on what the media promotes.
Remote Viewing in the service of society
Remote Viewing can be a useful service for everyone. RV services are used not only by individuals, but most of all by large institutions, which should not be surprising, however, since in the USA, Remote Viewing was initially a military undertaking, and then it passed to the private sector, but is still providing services to serious customers.
For me, however, it is much more important that Remote Viewing can be available to everyone, and trained RVs can provide their services in the future to all interested people who need additional insight.
By practicing their neutrality and assertiveness, Remote Viewers are also much more suitable for contact with extraterrestrial civilizations. Appropriate preparation gives us the right perspective and awareness that is needed in this type of interaction.
So I see RVs as future ambassadors, diplomats, and competent intermediaries in contacts with extraterrestrial civilizations.
From more down-to-earth applications, using Remote Viewing, it can predict changes taking place on Earth (and not only of course), whether economic, social, political or whatever, and help people better prepare for what is coming, and consciously choose and shape their future through knowledge.
After all, Remote Viewing is the freedom that comes from the possibility of training this type of skills or using the services of competent people.
